Does anyone know a DR. at UC Davis that performs this surgery?

I was denied for consult because the dr. was not a contracting dr. The ins. advised me to have my pcp refer a dr. that is skilled for this surgery from UC Davis. Does anyone know a Dr. there? One that they would recommend. I need to find one for my Dr. to refer me. Thanks, please email me if you have info. [email protected]
