Still on clear liquid and Im not getting in any protein!
I'm supposed to be on clear liquids for another 4 days, but so far all I can bring myself to "eat" is the juice and jello. I have tried broth repeatedly - both the protein source kind and the regular low-fat canned kind, and just the smell turns my stomach. I can't tolerate anything warm. After Tuesday I'll be allowed to stir powdered milk into juice and drink milk or eat yogurt, so I know I'll do better then, but until then I don't know what to try. Is a week without protein too harmful?
