Problems from being overweight???

Here's my problem...I have Medical Mutual of Ohio. They say that weight loss surgery is not covered unless you are twice your ideal weight. I am. They also say you have to have medical problems caused my being obese. High blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea. I have none. Now what? I don't have any medical problems as of yet. What are they gonna make me do? Wait until this fat causes me to die? Or maybe wait until I have a problem before they help? Has anyone out there had their surgery coverd by MMO without having any of those health problems? I have been obese all my life. It's not somethng that just recently happened. I am 20 years old.
