Negative history about my doctor?

I have heard some bad things about the surgeon I have chosen. please help. His name is Dr. Michael Butler. He was in the Orlando/ Altamonte Springs area, of Florida. I am trying to research this. What exactly did he do. He is now in St.Petersburg. Thanks, Sue
