Did Anthem Commun. Choice turn out of network hosp and drs. full payment down?

Anthem Commun. Choice ppo doesn't want to pay higher benfits for St. Vincent's hosp. and Dr. Sonpal even though this is the only hosp. and surgeons( Dr. Schreiber) that so the surgery in Cleveland, Oh. in this area; I live in New Phila. 1.50 hrs. away.Please e-mail me direct [email protected] I have had to keep calling to get them to resubmit all claims then they seem to pay more though not the higher payment for in network. Who can help me get them to pay more? Please help!!!
