Michigan insured, will now be covered by HAP, what are my chances?

Begining Jan. 2000, my company will change insurance carriers. I loose Aetna and will have the opportunity to go with HAP or Blue care Network of Michigan. Which is my best bet??? I need to know immediately, must make my choice of insurance carriers by 11/30/99. Please help. All input will be appreciated!
