I have already met with my surgeon, Dr Rout in Gainesville at Shands. Before I can

start the approvals process, I have to have a psych evaluation by their psychologist, Dr Michael Perri, also in gainesville, to make sure I am "ready for surgery". I am wondering what kind of questions are asked and what kind of tests are given? thank you for all responses.
