Facing the removal of Gallbladder - 9 years after WLS.How will this affect my health?

I am presently experiencing malabsporbtion problems. Not able to maintain proper calcium/magnesium/parathyroid/iron levels. I am concerned that with this surgery I will face even greater challenges.
