What are some good Juices to drink postop?

What if any thing is a good thing to drink like juices? I've on ly been able to keep Gatorade down and just talked to a friend who's a nurse and said that 's to much salt. I'm 5 weeks post-op I've lost 22pounds and counting someone please help I'm getting sad.
