Work at GE in cincinnati which insurance is better for this

Surgery? I now have United health Care. Do I need to switch to Athen blue cross and blue shield in Nov. Right now waiting to hear from Dr. and Insurance Company? Suggestions??? Anyone work at Ge in Cincinnati had this Surgery?
