Any info on Blue Cross Premier PPO in CA? I am considering purchasing just so I can

have the gastric bypass procedure. My insurance has an exclusion for this, they are a student health plan ppo, very good other than the exclusion. And it is a medical and teaching hospital too! Any info on the above BC ins or whether buying ins. has been successful for others?
