How do I get rid of my double chin?

I love that I am looking better. I am 6 mons post op and 75 pounds down. I love to look at pictures of me. I am amazed that I don't feel the need to run from camera's. ONE THING... I CRINGE at the sight of my profile in a pic! Is there something I can do to get rid of this extra chin or whatever ya want to call it? Is there a trick? Ya know, like hitting your chin with the back of your hand or sleeping with a band around it??? Sounds so silly, I know. But it's really bothering me! I try to keep my hair down to hide my profile! I don't want to have to do that cuz my face is actually looking kinda pretty lately! ;) Thanks in advance!
