Has anyone ever gone to Mexico for surgery?

I was wondering if anyone has had their surgery done in Mexico by Dr Joya? And if so how did you get your fills for the lap-Band? Is there doctors here that will do the fills or would it be better to get the RnY? PLEASE HELP....... Thanks, Mary
