I had surgery way back in '94. Due to complications, I have questions.

The doctor who did my surgery, told me he was unable to complete my bypass (rny)). He Lied. He did it, but badly, it has consequently caused problems for many years, i had assumed the problems were due to adhesions but that was not the case. Recently, I had a colonoscopy and EDG, only to fine out that I did have the bypass only done incorrectly. I never considered a lawsuit, but now my insurer refused to cover a revision. Has anyone ever had a problem like this before...what avenues did you pursue? I really don't want money for compensation..would just like to be put together correctly! Thanks
