Is there a Oklahoma Doc that will take Oklahoma Medicad??

I have Oklahoma Medicad and i can't find a doc that will take it i have over a 58% BMI and i have been searching for a doc to do the BYPASS. Does anybody know of anybody in Oklahoma or the surrounding areas that take it? Please let me know.
