Flatter Tummy after tummy tuck

Hello everyone I have a general question. I had a tummy tuck on April 19th 2005. I know im still a bit swollen etc.... but, My stomach is round, it is not flat. Don't get me wrong i love it and i see the difference instantly. I wanted to know if it will get flat or will it stay rounded. In my clothes, it is flat and my clothes look fierce, but when i take my clothes off, my tummy is round. I have a bikini cut from hip to hip and a verical cut from under breast bone to bikini cut. The Dr did a marvelous job with my cuts, they look great compared to my cut from my WLS incision. How long before i can start using a treadmill? Thank you in advance 260/155/at goal
