I need to know how many calories and fat
I watch what I eat. I never eat anything wrong, at least I dont think so. I never try sweets, breads, sodas. I dont want to. I just want to know what other post op people are doing as far as calories and fat consimed each day. I can eat normal foods now , I am almost 3 months out. On a usual day I eat a light yogurt, 1 piece of turkey bacon, lunch I have a atkins advantage bar, I eat some sort of shaved turkey or other shaved meat, maybe an ounce or 2, 1 slice of cheese, and then for snack a protein shake. I just hope its not too many calories and fat grams per day to continue losing . I have lost 35lbs as of my 2 month check up and have not weighed my self since. I go to the dr tomorrow so I will see. I just wanted to hear from some older post ops that have it down pretty good on how to maintain the weight loss by keeping the calories under control and fat . I walk 4x a week too. thanks for any info. sorry this is so lengthy. melinda
