Is anyone having diarrhea most of the time ten months out

I am having diarrhea most of the time, once in awhile it is loose stools but mostly diarrhea. I am wondering if this is any thing to worry about. Also I have a football shaped bump on my midriff that was never there even when I weight 300 pounds. The dr has seen it and is not concerned but I do not know what it could be I have an incisional hernia but dr said it is not from that.
