Hi everyone. My insurance has an exclusion

that states no surgical treatment for obesity. Do I have a chance because they dont say morbid obesity? My BMI is 43 and I have several comorbids (asthma, acid reflux, back pain). Do I just send in the info and give it a shot? Thanks ahead of time.
