Has this pain happen to anyone else?

I have had this happen 3 times where I am in so much pain that I just hurt can get up to go to the doctor because I am in so much pain. The 1st time I start hurting at 6:00 pm and the pain let up out 3:00 am. I eat something and it feels like it just want move its in my stomach but it want move I cant get it to pass either way up are down. My doctor say the next time it happen to come in and let him run test while its hurting. But has this happen to anyone else.
