Pain in lower left area right in front of hip bone....

Hi all, I am having horrible pain on my lower left side right in front of where my hip bone is. This just recently started since I came home from the ER last Monday from dehydration. It seems to come and go but when it hits I am crumpled over in pain. Any ideas? I haven't noticed a particular time when it happens. It does seem to be after dinner within 30 mins but only then.
