Has anyone else experienced a tearing in the tissues postop lipo?

I had lipo on my inner and outer legs about a week and a half ago. About 5 days postop, I was stretching my legs while turning over in bed. I felt a sudden tearing/burning sensation in my left thigh. It hurt, but the pain went away after a couple of minutes. The next day, I noticed a bulge (size of an egg) in the area when I was taking a shower. It is still extremely tender, and feels like a severely pulled muscle, and is still bulging. My PS said I probably did pull something, and there is a fluid buildup in that area. Has anyone else had this postop lipo? Did it eventually go down? I've had this now for 5 days, and it's not going down. He said he may have to aspirate it later. Anyone?
