a year and half out what are you eating?
How much can everyone eat at a year and half out? I started out at 5' 7" 278, now I am 162-164. My goal was 150. Am I doomed? I eat some chocolate or candy during the day, but not much. I eat fruit, soy milk, and half of sandwiches (plain). Can anyone offer any feedback>? I am getting about 60-70 ounces of non carbonated, low calorie beverages daily.. about 60 g protein.. I keep gaining and losing the same 5-7lbs. Am I done or doomed?
