2 bites and cramps and throwing up

I took 2 bites of scrambled eggs and cheese and vomited and then had gas cramps all day until 1am. I took GAS-X and didn't help until several hours later. I had dry heaves all day and night as well. Worst night of my life. Is this dumping? How can i avoid this pain again? lorie bolden
