How do I approach them to get approved for plastic surgery?

I have lost 100 pound and will most likely lose a few more with WLS...I'm 14 months out. I have a sagging abdomen and wonder what Keystone Health plan east will allow me to have fixed on "their bill". What do I have to so....I"ve staayed close as far as seeing my WL Surgen, he'll recomend someone, but not sure what to say to them to get it approved without hassel. I have no rashes under the apron, but I't hot and sweaty and mostly un attractive. I do have a a bad lower bad, and I doubt this helps, but I'm not sure if it's FROM that. HELP! Do any of you out there have any advice?
