How many calories should I be consuming

I am 13.5 months post op and have lost 100 pounds I walk 3to 4 miles 5/6 days a week and do ab crunches 3/4 days a week. My weight loss has slowed way down to maybe 3 to 4 pounds a month this last month I have lost the same 3 pound 3 time 170 173 no more no less. I started out at 275 now 170 173. I average around 1000 calories a day 100 oz water and 80 to 100 grams protein I don't count carbs but I eat only good ones no white flour no potatoes or sugar products.Should I get more calories to start my weight loss or what.Any commits would help greatly. open RYN 3/27/03 275/173/150???
