Any one post op now have low blood pressure that causes you to pass out?

I am 1 year 9 months post op. Since my surgery I have had episodes of light headedness. Recently this weekend I spend the day in the emergency room due to passing out 4 times in 1 hour. I black out and hit the floor. I come to when I hit the floor. I went to the doctor again today. He said that it is from low blood pressure and that post op our bodies are more sensitive to electrolyte levels. He said this combined with a bad case of the flu caused this. Anyone else dealing with low blood pressure. At the hospital it was 90/50. Today was 102/60. I am 6 feet tall and still weigh about 210 pounds. The doctor said I have the blood pressure for someone 5 foot 2 and 100 pounds.
