Anyone used plastic surgeon Dr Kevin Kelly in Nashville?

I have and appt with Dr Kelly next Wednesday for consult. I had RNY 4/2/03 started at 262 now 141. I want a tummy tuck and a brachioplasty. I can live with saggy thighs. Has anyone else used Dr Kelly from Nashville. Any info appreciated. Also My insurance is PHCS Fiserv Health- Tennessee. Does anyone else have this insurance and has it paid for plastic surgery? It paid for my gastric bypass with out problem, approved on 1st try.
