i need help

my insurance requires a letter of support from my pcp i haven't really been seeing an MD i have been seeing a PA so i went to a MD in his office and he has never dealt with gastric bypass. he wants me to finish all tests first but all i need is a letter of support for my insurance now not after the tests are finished the test aren't required by my insurance the letter is . what should i do?
