ANYONE KNOW OF A PCP WHO WILL GIVE REFERRAL FOR SURGERY?

My pcp that I have seen for last 5 years will not give referral for surgery.. so I am looking for another pcp.. if anyone knows of any pcp in the Knoxville Tennessee area or surrounding towns,that WILL support and give referrals, PLEASE let me know!!?? Thank You!
