Experience w/Dr. Vivek Prachand at Univ of Chgo, in IL?

I was wonderiing if anyone has had experience with Dr. Vivek Prachand at University of Chicago in IL. My surgeon is Dr. Alverdy (Dr. Prachand's partner), but Dr. Alverdy has cancelled all surgeries for Feb and March, and I have been told that they do not know how soon I'd be able to get a date because all cancelled surgeries need to be scheduled first. I was given the option to change surgeons and go with Dr.Prachand, I checked the surgeon board and read all the reviews that were there. But I need to hear it all ...the good and the bad. And I was wondering if anyone has his stats: #of surgeries, # of lap vs. open, his mortality rate, etc. Please email me at [email protected]. Thanks Guys
