I was curious about the final weight loss for those that have always been obese

I am 31, 5'54", 245lbs. and have been obese to morbidly obese since childhood. I was curious to learn from others like me what their total weight loss was after WLS. I have heard that if you were not overweight your whole like that you tend to lose more and get into the smaller sizes...0-6. Is this true? Thanks
