What happens at the 6 month checkup?

I am going for my 6th month visit next week. What should I expect? My doctor is Dr. Mark Gibbs in Arkansas. I'm in Louisiana. I've already sent them my blood work. It was fine. I started out at 249. Am a VERY slow loser. I wanted to lose at least 70 before my visit but guess who came to Visit me?? ARRRRGH!! I hope I make it. I'm kinda down about it. Do you think 65-68lbs (haven't weighed yet)is good? Thanks for answering.
