After the Hair Loss Stops, What About the Frizzies?

Hi everyone, I think my hair loss has stopped or at least slowed way down (I'm 10 months out). However, the bottom of my hair is very frizzy and it has no life or bounce to it. I'm sure it's the damaged hair and it will grow out eventually but for right now it's still a problem to deal with. I've tried a lot of products but nothing seems to work to help this situation. I was wondering if anyone has found anything that helps make it look nicer as all the dead frizzy stuff is growing out
