I'm scheduled for 10/21-I'm getting nervous and have nobody to talk too!

I heard some people have angels to talk to pre-op and post-op, where/how do I find someone? I have so many questions, plus this week I go for pre-admission testing and a final surgeons appointment. I just have a bunch of questions.
