I'm unable to tolerate vitamin intake

I need some help!!! I have tried taking my vitamins and they make me really sick I have tried numerous ways of taking them but to no avail....I have a friend who purchased the Vista Vitamins she is Pre-op now and they seem to work well for her. I would like to know if anyone else is taking them Post Op and if so how do they work for you and are there any side effects?
