Has anyone used Atkins Advantage post-op ?????

I just picked up a few Atkins Advantage shakes. I'm having a problem getting in my protein, and I don't want the hair loss :-( The shake has 20g of protein and only 1 g of sugar. How many grams of protein should we be taking in each day ??????? This thursday I'll be 5 weeks post-op and as of last week I was down 22 lbs and 33 inches. I'm not having any problem with food I just don't eat enough. Barbara
