Where can I find info on the theory that we tend to get stuck on weights we were at
for a while prior to surgery after our WLS? Is there any info out there on that, or is that just what many of us have observed? I am 7 and 1/2 months post-op, down 130, and I am losing very slowly right now! (Even more than what I would consider "normal" for this far out.) So I thought I would investigate the "set-point" theory I have heard about where our bodies kind of "stick" for a while during weight loss at places where we were for a while pre-op. Anyone have any information or know where I can go? Thanks!
