Has anyone gotten pregnant with polycstic ovaries after WLS?

If so, or if not please let me know details, thank you, I've have PCO and am fully symptomatic, I've lost 100 lbs.,and am beginning to get my period, not every 28 days, but it's getting there, also my diabetis is gone....
