Pacificare HMO of COLORADO

I will be changing insurance at the end of august to pacificare HMO of colorado. It wont go into effect until OCT 1st. So i will be without insurance from the 25th of august until Oct 1st. My question is specifically directed to those who have pacificare hmo OF COLORADO since all of them are different. Does pacificare HMO of COLORADO have any pre-exsisting condition clauses. I have heard that they don't but i need to know for sure since i will be without insurance for more than 30 days. I am so close to getting this surgery, i don't want to have to wait another year!
