Why am I losing weight now?
I had surgery 1-03-03. I have lost 129 lbs so far. I can't understand why I am losing weight now. I changed jobs 3 weeks ago. I have been driving an extra hour each way, so I haven't been able to exercise much. I have proably exercised twice in the last three weeks. I had a bad reaction to a new "improved" protein powder, so I haven't been drinking my protein shakes. I know I am not getting in all my protein for the last week. Water has been okay, but I have done better. I only lost 7 1/2 lbs last month. In the last week I have lost 13 lbs. I even started my period 3 days ago, and still losing about 2 lbs a day. I am not complaining for sure, but last month I tried very hard and averaged 2 lbs a week. This week I am not trying and I am losing 2 lbs a day. Was I on a sort of plateau when I was losing 2 lbs a week and now I am off it? Next week I will finally be at my new location at work (only 15 minute drive) and I am going back to doing exercise, water and protein. I appreciate the lost, but I know I have to get back on track. Has this happen to anyone else?
