How is it possible that I am only 3 weeks out and within the last week I have

actually gained 4lbs. I have been eating only chicken, fish, some cheese(cottage cheese, string cheese) and drink only water(64-74oz) & green tea. I get in about 40gms of protein in a day take my vitamins and walk as much as possible. I am getting so discouraged here! I thought at first it might be because I was on my period but I have been off of it for 4 days and actually gained 2lbs in the last two days alone. My surgeon bypassed my entire stomach so I don't think it's that. And I eat only protein rich foods and when I do eat cottage cheese it's low fat. I have been having problems with constipastion and only go about once a week. Could this be the problem? If anyone can give me some insight into what I might be doing wrong please tell me I'm all ears. Thanks, Audrey
