9 weeks post op, throwing up and

I'm calling my surgeon tomorrow about this but just wondering if anyone else has this experience. I seem to be dumping alot, so people say. I'm NOT eating carbs, I'm NOT eating sweets and I'm not eating excess fat. Matter of fact, I barely get a few bites down before I start feeling dry mouth, heart pounding and VERY sleepy. Tonight I ate a peice of salmon and promply had terrible pain at the opening of my pouch and threw up violently for 30 minutes. I realize this is not dumping, just wondering if a stricture might be forming as this happens often too. Any advice would be appreciated.
