I need all the help I can get on filing an appeal.

I have Highmark BC/BS of Pitsburg PA. They feel that removing this extra 10lbs of skin would not improve or restore my body functions therefore it would be considered cosmetic. They don't live with the lower back pain or trying to sleep with this big blob beside me. I have gone from 287/177 I am in a size 14 because of the extra skin.
