I am 5'3 and 240lbs. My surgery is June 30th. I have set my goal weight at 120lbs.

is this realistic? I just can't see me loosing 120lbs. I've read that everyone pre-op thinks they will fail at this. I don't think I will fail I just can't see myself ever being that small. My doctor's goal for me is 130 but when I weighed that I wore 9/10 pants. Anyone out there with my stats or close ever get down in the 120's? I thank God everyday for letting me get approved for this and honestly I would be estatic to see 9/10's again but am trying to set goal a little lower so if I gain 5-10lbs it won't be a problem.
