Should I be concerned about gaining 4 pounds 8 weeks out?
I went to the doctor today and found out that I have gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks (I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago). He told me not to be worried, and it just might be water weight gain. He still thinks I am doing great, but I was disappointed in myself. 2 weeks ago I was down 53 pounds and was really hoping to be down 60 by the time I saw him next. He told me to not drink too much water, I was drinking more than the requirement and to watch my carbs. He told me over and over again to not worry about it. I have been on solid food for 2 weeks, and he is probably right, I was drinking too much water and probably eating to many carbs. He wants me to eat more fruit, protein, and veggies. He's right, but I feel very depressed. Yesterday I was on cloud nine cause I felt really good, and now I find out I gained instead of lost, is this normal or am I making too big a deal out of it?
