How much Protein can I absorb at one time?
Do you know if us WLS people can absorb more than 30 gm of protein at one sitting? I read that we can only process 30 gm at a time somewhere, but I don't remember where. I asked my nutritionist about it, but she never heard that before. I would like to drink all my protein drink (60 gm) at one time and get it overwith, but I don't know if I'm wasting my money and my protein.
