Has anyone bought an individual policy through Unicare (Unicare 600)?

Have you been approved through this carrier. I see under the exclusions it states Services primarily for weight reduction or treatment of obesity. I live in Dallas, Tx and was denied by my group insurance UHC and am thinking about buying an individual policy. Please help.
