I WAS DENIED! WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I have Blue Cross/Blue shield of alabama. they go through Intracorp for approval. I just found out that i was denied. I have not had a regular physician until lately, becuase i just couldnt afford it and just now started to get lots of health problems. I was denied because i did not have 2 professionally directed weight loss programs lasting for 26 weeks in the last 12 months, with monthly weigh ins. I don't know what to do. I dont feel like i can wait another year for the surgery. My health is starting to slowly get worse. I am so depressed now and dont know what to do. What do i need to do now?
