Has anyone had Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (PA) approve PS?

I have an option to change insurance in July 2003 and need input from people who have Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Have any of you had them approve reconstructive surgery. I know all policies are different, but any answers you give will be appreciated. I have all the documentation needed as I have fought unseuccessfully with United Healthcare - EPO and now it is time to try something new. Thank you.
